When will I receive my order?
If you purchased a digital order, you will receive a digital download link at the email provided with directions on how to get your program activated, within 3 business days of your purchase.
If you purchased a Diesel Scanner Laptop, your order will be shipped within 3 business days, thereafter you will need to check your tracking to see courier transportation times. Your order will be shipped priority, which on average takes, 2-7 days to arrive, but please be aware courier rates vary.
When will I receive my tracking information?
* If you purchased a digital product, you will not receive tracking information, but will receive an email with a download link within 3 business days of your initial purchase.
Do you offer in person pick-ups?
No, unfortunately we do not offer in person pickups at this moment.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here are the following things we are able to do to help.
Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving your download link or prior to receiving your tracking information.
Refunds
If you have downloaded the manual within 30 days and are not happy, we can offer store credit to your account, the same value as your purchase amount.
If you have not downloaded the manual and the program(s) have not been activated, we can provide a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the Card or Bank Account used in the original transaction. Unfortunately, we cannot post a credit to any alternative cards or accounts.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods can always happen. If so, we will arrange for the goods to be collected at our expense. Email us and we can resolve any issues needed.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment source (Bank account or Credit Card).
Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within 3-7 days.
Shipping
For physical items, the product must be shipped before 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. We will email you a return label once your return has been approved.

If you need assistance with using the programs, we do not offer training or support with navigating the programs, we only assist with troubleshooting program errors.

For this selling service data, catalogs of spare parts, technical specifications information, workshops, technical repair and diagnostic data for trucks, vans and passenger vehicles do not constitute any kind of infringe rights because this information is not the intellectual property of software corporations or carmakers.
